"Feels like good times in the greatest city"
“something fun has been going on here in the past year while my wealth has been in decline and especially since December when a 40-foot bar and a phone booth came down from the Southside... unlike many places that put in a few taps and hang a picture on the wall hoping to make an extra nickel the Sumo Shackers went a bit further and re-thinked the whole thing so it feels like good times in the greatest city.”

"A perfect Chicago transplant"
“A perfect Chicago transplant. Even the bar look like Richard's on Halsted! Amazing food and the staff is so great.”

"A must see"
“What a great time with our first experience at Sumo Shack and of course the Highway Bar. This bar was built in Chicago 1954 and moved here to NC! A must see. The food was amazing and look forward to going again."
